Digital Imaging
Digital Photography Review picks apart virtually every camera on the market and makes heads-to-heads comparisons.  Visit their galleries to see samples of photos taken with a variety of digital cameras.
CNET offers detailed, objective reviews of practically every digital camera and accessory ever made, accompanied by user-submitted opinions.  It also has helpful tutorials.
My Simon is a popular shopping bot that helps you find the best prices on digital cameras.  Type in your model and it will produce a price list of e-tailers
PC Photo Review provides well-written user-submitted reviews of digital camers, plus a Hot Deals section.
PC World is another source of camera reviews. However, I am always concerned about how their reviews are influenced by their Advertisers. Keep that in mind, since they often disagree with other "experts."
